When orders are placed you are agreeing to my Terms and Policies*
Products: All products are made to order unless specified as "ready to ship". For the made to order pieces, please allow 1-2 weeks for creation and processing.
Refunds and Returns: As each piece is made to order and materials are sourced specifically for your purchase, all sales are considered final. Returns and refunds are not available, with the exception of items that arrive damaged. If that occurs, please contact me so I can resolve the issue promptly.
Pre-order Policy: Pre-order listings are created before materials for the jewelry piece have been sourced or made. Because of this, fulfillment may take additional time, and in rare cases, orders may be refunded if materials become unavailable. Feel free to email me with any questions about specific pre-order items.
Shipping: Orders are typically shipped every Monday, with additional shipments sent out when possible. Once your package is handed over to USPS, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, though this may vary and is out of my control.
For international orders, please allow 1–4 weeks from the shipment date for your package to arrive.
Lost Mail: All domestic orders include $100 of shipping insurance. If your package is lost, please contact me so we can assess the situation together. I will need to file a claim with USPS, and once the claim is approved, I can either recreate your order or issue a refund.
Please note that international orders do not include insurance by default. This means I am not responsible for lost packages and cannot offer refunds or replacements in such cases. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact me via email before purchasing.
International Orders: Please be advised that some countries may be required to pay a customs charge to recieve the package.
Incorrect Address: If the incorrect address is written by the customer... I am happy to fix it as long as you cover shipping. ($5 USD)
If you notice your address is incorrect before your order ships just reach out to me and I'll be happy to fix it for you. :)
Mislabeled packages will be shipped out as soon as possible after the shipping payment is received and the item has been returned.
Also, please put your full address in the first section of shipment, & your apt #/duplex # or any other adjustment to your address in the second blank. This can cause pirateship to "fix" your address and it could be incorrectly fixed. I will not cover shipping charges if the address is filed incorrectly.
If the shipping mistake was on my end I will get the package out to you asap, with no extra fees.
Broken Items: All broken items will be replaced if replication is possible, if not I am always willing to refund after pictured proof is received, or we can discuss exchanging the item for something else of equal value.
*Please note that for any errors or broken items in your package, I will need to be acknowledged, at the latest, 72 hours after your package has been delivered. If it is after that time, there will be an additional charge to fix*
